We here at Arizona Sunkissed take customer service extremely seriously. Should you have any complaints or concerns do not hesitate to contact us.

Everything we make is handmade at the time of your order. We always try to get items made and shipped right away keep in mind this is a time-consuming process. We anticipate your order will make it to you within tow (2) weeks after ordering. If you decide to add to your order, this will extend the anticipated delivery time by an additional two (2) weeks.

Cancellations

Because we are a small business handmaking fresh items, we may only accept cancellations within 24 hours of you placing your order.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our business, we are simply unable to accept returns. Should you change your mind about a product you ordered within 24 hours of placing your order, please refer to our cancellation policy.

Damaged Item Policy:

Our items are shipped and insured up to $50.00 with USPS, should your package arrive damaged please contact us via email at arizonasunkissed@yahoo.com (please include picture attachments) so that we can assist you in entering a claim with the USPS.

If your product changes color:

Not to fear! This is normal with some of our products. We use all natural, raw oils to ensure the products you receive are 100% up to our standards. Occasionally our oils will change colors. This is most common to happen in our whipped soaps and lotions. There is absolutely nothing wrong with your item! Just nature doing its own thing. To prevent this from happening, store your products in a cool, darker place such as a hallway closet until you are ready to use!
